We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. When I looked through your gallery I saw you might want to work on hands a little more. I ALWAYS have trouble with them. I make manikin style figures for my poses and fill them in, and do my hands in a manikin style too. Just maybe take a sheet of paper and practice drawing hands? It'll really help to just focus on improving one thing, and it'll really show.
You might also want to take and look at some other people's sketches or real life clothes to note how fabrics flow and lay on a body in motion or at rest. After I studied fabrics and clothes for a while my outfits looked a lot better too.
